All nail treatments are filed by hand, no electric file in sight, so you can rest assured that your nail treatments are pain free and performed gently and safely to maintain your nail health.

Indian Head Massage
Relax, release and unwind. IHM is a deeply relaxing treatment working across your upper back, upper arms, shoulders, neck, scalp, face and ears.
Using a combination of massage techniques and gentle fascial release, the treatment helps ease built-up tension and encourages the body to soften and relax. Great if you suffer with headaches and migraines.

Reflexology

Ear Seeding
Ear seeding is a gentle, non-invasive treatment inspired by auricular acupressure. Tiny seeds are carefully placed on specific pressure points of the ear and secured with tiny adhesive patches.
Ear seeds may be used to support relaxation, stress management, sleep, pain and general wellbeing. They are a great support to complement a reflexology foot treatment too, or on their own. They are a simple support with no needles to continue your wellbeing after you leave the treatment room. Normally worn for 3-14 days.
